Book Club Membership

Support the mission and bookstore with a monthly club membership starting at $25 per month. Receive 10% off all books both in-store and online, exclusive event invitations, sneak-peeks at upcoming publications, and more!
Dedicate A Bookshelf

Make lasting memories when you dedicate a bookshelf with an engraved gold plate. Choose your placement and a book that will always be in stock on that shelf through a minimum donation of $500.
Sponsored Naming of Reading Room

Expand your reach through a month-long sponsorship of the reading room with a donation of $1,000. This space is used for our community events, writing workshops, and is open daily for free use to readers for lounging and enjoying.
Project Sponsorship "The Trailblazer"

Receive Dedication and “Made Possible By” recognition for the 2023 annual global publication of The Trailblazer: An Anthology of Writings by the Young Writers of Wild Lark Books through a donation of $5,000.

Building A Better Future
Your support enables our story-loving programs and helps build brighter paths for storytelling in the Lubbock community and beyond!
~ Provide resources for our Young Writers Program where kids learn writing skills, editing, share in critique groups, and experience the process of becoming professionally published.
~ Supply materials for Community Events where story-lovers of all mediums engage is new experiences through reading, music, visual art, and more.
~ Attract guest lecturers, commission local artists, and host touring authors to enhance the thriving writing community in Lubbock and West Texas.
~ Ensure the longevity of Downtown Lubbock’s independent bookstore where all story-lovers are welcome.
~ Grow the community through the creation and hosting of a national Storytellers Conference right here in Downtown Lubbock.

Annual Fundraiser
The Wild Lark Books Fund is producing a theatrical western play at Buddy Holly Hall! Proceeds from ticket sales will help support our mission and efforts in storytelling here in Lubbock.

"The Man Who Shot Liberty Valance"
Written by Jethro Compton and based on the short story by Dorothy M. Johnson
Journey into the Wild West, 1890 in this classic story of good versus evil, law versus the gun, one man versus Liberty Valance. A tale of love, hope and revenge set against the vicious backdrop of a lawless society.
August 15th & 16th at Crickets Theater in Buddy Holly Hall
